Wetering Rotterdam is specialised in all repairs to sea-going vessels above the water line. Although we do not have a dry dock, we do have a lay by berth which is very suitable for carrying out all necessary repairs. Furthermore, we have a shore crane, work ships and a well-equipped workshop all on the same premises.

Wetering Rotterdam’s location in the one of the largest ports in the world is very convenient. From our home base, we can organise our activities, not only in the Netherlands, but also in surrounding areas like Antwerp, Hamburg, Zeebrugge and Le Havre. Wetering Rotterdam offers:

• Own lay by berth for vessels up to 200m with a draught of 6m.
  
  
• Own working barge, equipped with a telescopic crane and all welding and cutting tools needed for swift repair jobs in the port of Rotterdam. Please, see for the specification our download section.
  
  
• Well-equipped workshop with a proper machining area, welding area, steelworkers area and pipe fitting area. Besides this, we have recently built a dedicated workshop for the prefabrication of Ameron Bondstrand Glassfibre Reinforced Epoxy Pipes (GRE).
  
  
• Experienced employees covering all necessary disciplines so that a wide range of repairs can be carried out successfully and efficiently.
  
  
• Own Trade & Service department, so that parts needed to support our repairs can be arranged in house, service can be offered with own engineers, and knowledge is available to combine the two.

• Sea-going teams, who will be able to travel with the vessel to the next port for completion of the concerning repair job. Furthermore, they are able to travel to any port in the world for specialist repair jobs when needed.
