 About Us Organisation |
Wetering Rotterdam has a flat organisation with a simple structure. Direct and straight forward communication lines are essential for a 24/7 service company with more than 60 employees.
The company is managed by a Management Team with the Managing Director as chairman. The repair department has a matrix structure, meaning that for every project, repair teams are composed for the duration of the job comprising a project manager, a foreman and technical specialists.
In our production, all disciplines needed to carry out the wide range of repair jobs are represented. This means that we have our own crew of pipe fitters, steel workers, welders, specialists for our machining shop and of course service engineers.
Our Trade & Service department takes care of all the spare parts supply, sales & marketing work and service jobs related to our principals. | |
